Making a property secure and habitable

PromptGuard provides resident security caretakers for residential and suitable commercial properties.
We specialise in securing a wide range of void property and have a range of services available enabling us to secure a property quickly and make it habitable.
We can replace locks or gain entry through locked doors (including steel doors).
Our guardians are a mix of current SIA licensed security guards, ex-military background and vetted and kept over the years individuals and couples (never with children).
Every property has a minimum of two caretakers, who must communicate and work as a team to ensure that security cover is provided as required for the property.
Our caretakers bring a small amount of essential items and personal belongings.
The caretakers’ possessions would be left at the property. This form of security guarantees that the property cannot be legally squatted.
Our caretakers would ensure that the property is neat and presentable at all times.
PromptGuard would ensure that the building is vacated and handed over to the client as per the requirements of any disposal or development schedule.
PromptGuard works with a range of contractors to provide a fast and efficient service to the highest standards.
